Food has always been my passion. My love for food can be traced back to my upbringing in a Costa Rican and Cuban family. I have fond memories of growing up in a family where food was central to all of our get-togethers. I have always enjoyed trying out new, interesting and healthy foods as well as the more traditional comfort food we all love.

My past experience includes 6 years with Whole Foods Market as the bake house General Manager, as well as a recipe/food consultant for Green Chile Kitchen. The use of natural and fresh ingredients is an integral part of my recipes. My staff and I will bring you healthy, fresh and tasty meals prepared with hormone-free meats as well as organic ingredients whenever possible. My dishes, which are prepared daily, are not only satisfying but also offer a variety of flavors from around the world.
